Training days : take 1 serving of 30 g one hour before training and just after training to deliver to the muscles proteins and amino acids to improve building and recovery.
Days off: take at least 1 serving of 30g in twice a day, preferably in the morning and in the evening.
To prepare the drink: 1 measuring spoon = 30g. Mix a serving of 30g in 150 to 200ml of water or 200ml of skimmed milk. Blend vigorously and enjoy your drink.
